"Your customer support is second to none! We moved into a new house with a Lynx grill installed by the previous owner. I was not familiar with the Lynx name but was impressed by the way the grill was constructed. I was disappointed to find out that the grill never got that hot. I called Lynx customer service after being poorly advised to remove the regulator by a store clerk. Your service representative told me how to determine what gas orifices were being used. Even though the installer had put a sticker on the grill stating that it had been converted for use with Natural Gas, the wrong orifices were being used which greatly restricted the gas output. Your customer service rep had the correct orifices sent out to me the same day along with a new regulator just in case. Now I can say that this is the best grill I have ever used! The fact that your customer service department would take the time with me that they did, and sent out the correct orifices free of charge for a grill that I was not even the original owner of, is just outstanding. You have a customer advocate for life. Thank you. "

A service call by the dealer made the problem worse. The grill performed poorly by any definition, unlike my original grill which is the best I have every used.
