Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup Milk
2 eggs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
as needed, Vegetable Oil Spray
as needed, Blueberry Maple Syrup
Blueberry Maple Syrup Recipe (listed below)
1/2 cup blueberry marmalade
1/4 cup blueberries, fresh
1 cup maple syrup, warm
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and reserve until needed
Instructions
- Preheat Asado Grill on high for 30 minutes. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs, and melted butter
- Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and whisk until blended together
- Spray vegetable oil on the Asado surface
- Scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto the Asado grill for each pancake. Cook until brown on both sides, around 4 minutes. Serve while warm with Blueberry Maple Syrup
