5 lb pork shoulder, boneless

Instructions
- Generously season the pork shoulder on all sides, 30 minutes before smoking
- Preheat Lynx Smoker to 250 F, add apple or hickory wood chips to smoker box
- Once the smoking starts, place pork shoulder on the smoker's rack. Close the hood and smoke for 6 hours
- Wrap pork shoulder with foil and continue cooking for 1 or 2 more hours, until internal temperature reaches 203 F
- Let the pork shoulder rest still wrapped for 30 minutes
- Pull and mix your preferred seasoning or sauce
